These terms govern purchases and use of the Lemirai website. Placing an order means accepting these terms and the linked privacy, shipping and refund policies.

2. The service
Lemirai creates a physical personalised colouring book from photographs selected by the customer. The transformation is automated and artistic, so the result may vary according to image quality, lighting, framing and resolution.
3. Customer photographs
The customer confirms that they own the photographs or have permission to use them and that the content does not infringe another person's rights. Photos are used only to fulfil and support the order under the Privacy Policy.
4. Orders, prices and payment
The format, quantity, total price, included taxes and any applicable delivery charge are shown before payment. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation. Lemirai may reject or refund an order that cannot lawfully or technically be produced.
5. Production and delivery
Production starts automatically after payment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by printing, carriers, customs, seasonal demand or events outside Lemirai's reasonable control.
6. Personalised goods and cancellation
Because each book is made to the customer's specifications, the statutory withdrawal exception for clearly personalised goods may apply once production has begun. Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost orders remain covered by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
The website and service may not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity, or to upload malicious code or content without the necessary rights.
