Every Lemirai book is made specifically from the photos supplied for that order. The following policy reflects the personalised nature of the product.
1. Personalised products
Returns or refunds are not accepted for a change of mind, personal preference, differences in artistic expectation or minor variations inherent to generated artwork. Once production has started, the order normally cannot be cancelled.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within seven days of delivery if the book arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or in poor condition because of shipping. Include:
- The order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
After review, Lemirai will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
3. Shipping issues
We will investigate books confirmed lost or damaged in transit. Carrier delays alone and minor damage to external packaging are not normally product defects.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing commonly takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
