Each Lemirai book is made to order and fulfilled through a print-on-demand production partner. Timing varies by destination and carrier.
1. Shipping fees
Standard shipping is currently included in the displayed product price for destinations accepted by checkout. Any different charge will always be shown before payment.
2. Production and delivery
The total delivery time is production time plus carrier transit time. Typical delivery is approximately 5–12 days, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Seasonal demand, remote destinations and customs can take longer.
3. Tracking
When tracking is available, it is emailed after the printer dispatches the order.
4. Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and correct address at checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has started.
5. Customs and import charges
Depending on the destination, local customs, duties or taxes may apply. Charges imposed by local authorities are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
