At Lemirai, each product is made uniquely for you. Because of this, we apply a strict but fair refund policy in line with personalized goods regulations.

1. Personalized Products

All Lemirai books are custom-made using the photos you provide. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference, including but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Not liking the final artistic style
  • Differences in personal expectations
  • Minor variations inherent to artistic results

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We do offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly printed
  • In poor physical condition due to shipping

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement, at our discretion.

3. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or arrives severely damaged during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are not considered defects
  • Slight packaging imperfections that do not affect the book itself are not grounds for a refund

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective
