At Lemirai, each product is made uniquely for you. Because of this, we apply a strict but fair refund policy in line with personalized goods regulations.
1. Personalized Products
All Lemirai books are custom-made using the photos you provide. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference, including:
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Not liking the final artistic style
- Differences in personal expectations
- Minor variations inherent to artistic results
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We do offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly printed
- In poor condition due to shipping
If this happens, contact us within 7 days at lemirai.shop@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
We will offer a full refund or replacement.
3. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or damaged, we will resolve it.
Please note:
- Shipping delays are not defects
- Minor packaging issues are not refundable
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
