At Lemirai, each product is made uniquely for you. Because of this, we apply a strict but fair refund policy in line with personalized goods regulations.

1. Personalized Products

All Lemirai books are custom-made using the photos you provide. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference, including:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Not liking the final artistic style
  • Differences in personal expectations
  • Minor variations inherent to artistic results

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We do offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly printed
  • In poor condition due to shipping

If this happens, contact us within 7 days at lemirai.shop@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect

We will offer a full refund or replacement.

3. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or damaged, we will resolve it.

Please note:

  • Shipping delays are not defects
  • Minor packaging issues are not refundable

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
